RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the proposed settlement agreement and amendment to the Extension Agreement between the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District and Veolia Water Milwaukee, LLC, is approved.
FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized to execute the settlement agreement and amendment to the Extension Agreement between the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District and Veolia Water Milwaukee, LLC, on behalf of the Commission.
