RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the District a change order to Funding Agreement OC02 in an amount not to exceed $127,000 for work outlined in Work Plan OC02 as submitted by the City of Oak Creek under Project M10003, Private Property Inflow and Infiltration Program, for a revised total funding agreement value of $457,000.
