RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that Contract P01006C01, Interplant Solids Pipeline Replacement at the South Shore Water Reclamation Facility, is awarded to Super Excavators, Inc., in the amount of $5,858,105, and that the Executive Director is directed to execute a contract on behalf of the District.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the total project cost for Project P01006, Replace Interplant Solids Pipes within South Shore Water Reclamation Facility Property, is increased by $1,779,089 for an amended total project cost of $6,803,600, and that a corresponding change is made to the total project cost for Project M99001, Allowance for Cost and Schedule Changes.
