RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that Contract G98005P45, Overpass Green Infrastructure/Stormwater Project, is awarded to C.W. Purpero, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $2,261,508, and that the Executive Director is directed to execute a contract on behalf of the District.

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized to amend an intergovernmental cooperation agreement between the City of Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District for the Overpass Green Infrastructure/Stormwater Project in an amount of $1,200,000 for a total amount not to exceed $2,800,000.
