RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that Contract S02013C03, Return Activated Sludge Header Replacement for Battery 1, 3, and 4 at South Shore Water Reclamation Facility, is awarded to J. F. Ahern Co. in the amount of $3,170,000, and that the Executive Director is directed to execute a contract on behalf of the District.

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the total project cost for Project S02013, Aeration Galleries Return Activated Sludge Header Piping Rehab, is increased by $732,539 for an amended total project cost of $7,413,448, and that a corresponding change is made to the total project cost for Project S99001, Allowance for Cost and Schedule Changes.
