RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the District consents to the request by the Wisconsin Club Country Club for the withdrawal of surface waters from Lincoln Creek in the amount of no more than an annual average of six million gallons per year and subject to the condition that the Wisconsin Club Country Club has agreed to a low flow discharge of 0.1 cubic foot per second from the downstream control structure for the irrigation ponds at the Wisconsin Club Country Club.
