RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that Contract S06033C01, South Shore Water Reclamation Facility Motor Control Center Replacements Project Phase 1, is awarded to Next Electric, Inc., in the amount of $2,299,494, and that the Executive Director is directed to execute a contract on behalf of the District.
FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the total project cost for Project S06033, Upgrade Medium and Low Voltage Motor Control Centers, is increased by $249,800 for an amended total project cost of $3,349,130 and that a corresponding change is made to the total project cost for Project M99001, Allowance for Cost and Schedule Changes.
FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director’s original delegated authority is restored on Contract S06033D01, Engineering Services - South Shore Water Reclamation Facility Motor Control Center Replacements Phase 1.
