RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized and directed to negotiate and execute on behalf of the District Contract P-2694, Purchase of Replacement Parts for Xylem/YSI Water Quality Monitoring Equipment and Teledyne Isco Flow Monitoring Equipment, with Mulcahy Shaw Water, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $660,000.
