RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized and directed to award and enter into services, equipment procurement, and construction contracts over $100,000 and up to $250,000 through December 2019 related to the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility Dewatering and Drying Facilities and Harbor Siphons Settlement.

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, that the Executive Director is authorized to reject bids over $100,000 and up to $250,000 through December 2019, as needed, related to the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility Dewatering and Drying Facilities and Harbor Siphons Settlement.
