RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized to execute Contract W10002D01, Design and Engineering Services for the Estabrook Dam Removal Project, with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $322,200.  This authorization is contingent upon the District obtaining ownership of Estabrook Dam.
