RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized to execute a change order in an amount not to exceed $96,870 to Contract M03119P01, Impacts of the 1000-year Flood, with MSA Professional Services, Inc.
FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is delegated $50,000 in change order authority for future change orders to Contract M03119P01, Impacts of the 1000-year Flood, with MSA Professional Services, Inc.
FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the total project cost for Project M03119, Impacts of the 1000-year Flood, is increased by $82,750 for an amended total project cost of $532,750 and that a corresponding change is made to the total project cost of Project M99001, Allowance for Cost and Schedule Changes.
