RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Commission Chair is authorized to execute a change order to Contract P-3369, Independent Audit Services for Contract Wastewater Operations and Maintenance Oversight, with EMA, Inc., in an amount of $50,000 and to extend the contract duration by one month to October 31, 2026.
FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Commission Chair’s original delegated authority on Contract P-3369, Independent Audit Services for Contract Wastewater Operations and Maintenance Oversight, with EMA, Inc., is restored.
