Review of the 2024 Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Compliance Maintenance Annual Reports for the Jones Island and South Shore Water Reclamation Facilities

Body

RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Commission has reviewed the 2024 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report for the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility and authorizes the Executive Director to submit the 2024 Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility Compliance Maintenance Annual Report and this resolution to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources by June 30, 2025.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Commission has reviewed the 2024 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report for the South Shore Water Reclamation Facility and authorizes the Executive Director to submit the 2024 South Shore Water Reclamation Facility Compliance Maintenance Annual Report and this resolution to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources by June 30, 2025.
