RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized to execute an intergovernmental cooperation agreement between the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District and City of Mequon regarding the Pipe Check program reimbursements for sanitary sewer lateral replacements owned by the City of Mequon in the amount of $250,000 under Project M10007, Private Property Infiltration and Inflow Residential Program.
