Endorsement for the Creation of a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization

RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Commission endorses the creation of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (Foundation) to support and enhance flood management, water reclamation, and environmentally based projects constructed by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District.
FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Commission Chair is authorized to establish the initial Foundation Executive Committee, comprised of a Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer, and that the initial Executive Committee will serve for six months and be tasked with establishment of the initial Foundation board membership.
