Change Order Request, Contract TS-2710, On-Call Construction Management Services, and Approve Changes in Total Project Cost for Projects I06001 and C05055

Body

RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized to execute a change order to Contract TS-2710, On-Call Construction Management Services, with RA Smith, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $350,000.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the total project cost for Project I06001, NS12 Collector System Improvements, is increased by $206,000 for an amended total project cost of $31,591,000, and that a corresponding change is made to the total project cost for Project M99001, Allowance for Cost and Schedule Changes.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the total project cost for Project C05055, N. 35th and Roosevelt Improvements, is increased by $194,000 for an amended total project cost of $22,104,092, and that a corresponding change is made to the total project cost for Project M99001, Allowance for Cost and Schedule Changes.
