RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is directed to execute a contract with Midwest Fiber Networks in the amount not to exceed $1,350,000 for a 10-year period for the dedicated use and maintenance of fiber circuits for MMSD, site to site, and internet connectivity.
