RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the amendment to MMSD Rules, Chapter 13, as stated in Attachment 1 hereto, is adopted and shall become effective upon publication, in accord with Wis. Stats. Sec. 200.45(1)(c).
