RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized to execute Contract M03107P01, Process Modeling Services - Water Reclamation Facilities, with Black & Veatch Corporation in an amount not to exceed $297,793.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the total project cost for Project M03107, Water Reclamation Facilities Master Model Project, is increased by $80,793 for an amended total project cost of $280,793, and that a corresponding change is made to the total project cost for Project M99001, Allowance for Cost and Schedule Changes.
