Award of Contract C98065C01, Sanitary Sewer Outfall Abandonment, and Approve Changes in Total Project Cost

Body

RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that Contract C98065C01, Sanitary Sewer Outfall Abandonment, is awarded to Mid City Corporation in the amount of $337,950, and that the Executive Director is directed to execute a contract of behalf of the District.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the total project cost for Project C98065, Separate Sewer Outfall Abandonment, is increased by $148,300 for an amended total project cost of $810,000, and that a corresponding change is made to the total project cost for Project M99001, Allowance for Cost and Schedule Changes.
