Award of Contract M01045C01, Modifications at Headquarters Boat Dock, and Approve Changes in Total Project Cost

RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that Contract M01045C01, Modifications at Headquarters Boat Dock, is awarded to Vertex Electric, LLC, in the amount of $366,924, and that the Executive Director is directed to execute a contract on behalf of the District.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the total project cost for Project M01045, Pelagos Slip Modifications at Headquarters Dock, is increased by $156,204 for an amended total project cost of $617,404, and to make a corresponding change to the total project cost for Project M99001, Allowance for Cost and Schedule Changes.
