RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized and directed to execute an intergovernmental cooperation agreement with the City of Brookfield for contracting and managing construction for the rehabilitation of 33 residential sanitary laterals within the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District service area of the City of Brookfield for a cost not to exceed $1,213,000.
