RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized to execute an intergovernmental cooperation agreement between the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District and Milwaukee County regarding Wilson Park.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized to execute intergovernmental cooperation agreement-related easement documents, jurisdictional offers, awards of compensation damages, leases, purchase agreements, deeds of conveyance, permits, licenses, or any other related real estate documents.
