RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Commission will initiate an independent third party audit in an amount not to exceed $100,000, create an independent advisory audit committee to oversee the procurement, scope, and reporting of the audit to the Commission, and direct staff to be involved solely in the administrative aspects to procure the audit.
