Award of Contract M08001C01, Research Vessel Replacement, and Approve Changes in Total Project Cost

Body

RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that Contract M08001C01, Research Vessel Replacement, is awarded to Gravois Aluminum Boats, LLC, doing business as Metal Shark Boats, in the amount of $2,858,102, and that the Executive Director is directed to execute a contract on behalf of the District.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the total project cost for Project M08001, Research Vessel Replacement, is increased by $429,222 for an amended total project cost of $2,929,222, and that a corresponding change is made to the total project cost for Project M99001, Allowance for Cost and Schedule Changes.
