RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized to execute a change order to Funding Agreement M10005NB04 in the amount of $137,800 for work outlined in Work Plan M10005NB04 as submitted by the City of New Berlin under Project M10005, Private Property Infiltration and Inflow Reduction Program, for a revised total funding agreement value of $476,200.
