RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized to execute on behalf of the District Contracts M06018C01, Infrastructure Technology Lifecycle, with Capital Data, Inc., for networking hardware in an amount not to exceed $330,000; M06018C02, Infrastructure Technology Lifecycle, with AE Business Solutions for eight host servers in an amount not to exceed $250,000; M06018C03, Infrastructure Technology Lifecycle, with AE Business Solutions for two Storage Area Network storage arrays in an amount not to exceed $290,000; and M06018C04, Infrastructure Technology Lifecycle, with AE Business Solutions for two backup storage arrays and professional services in an amount not to exceed $345,000.
