RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is directed to execute a contract with SHI International for the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement through a State of Wisconsin cooperative purchasing agreement to provide software, networking, storage, and hosting services to the District for a three-year period in an amount not to exceed $1,082,000.
