RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that Contract J06086C01, Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility Building Roofs Replacement Phase 4, is awarded to JRT Top Notch Roofs, LLC, in the amount of $189,502, and that the Executive Director is directed to execute a contract on behalf of the District.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the total project cost for Project J06086, Building Roofs Replacement Phase 4 at Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility, is increased by $97,050 for an amended total project cost of $388,773, and that a corresponding change is made to the total project cost for Project M99001, Allowance for Cost and Schedule Changes.
