RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the Executive Director is authorized to execute a change order to Funding Agreement M10005GE05 in the amount of $772,810 for work outlined in Work Plan M10005GE05 as submitted by the Village of Germantown under Project M10005, Private Property Infiltration and Inflow Reduction Program, for a revised total funding agreement value of $1,017,006.
