Body

RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that Contract W40016C01, Kinnickinnic River Sewer Modifications, is awarded to Terra Engineering and Construction Corporation in the amount of $4,735,086, and that the Executive Director is directed to execute a contract on behalf of the District.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission, that the total project cost for Project W40016, Kinnickinnic River Sewer Modifications, is increased by $1,278,946 for an amended total project cost of $5,610,676, and that a corresponding change is made to the total project cost for Project M99001, Allowance for Cost and Schedule Changes.
